ANALISIS TERHADAP EFEKTIVITAS MANAJEMEN PENDIDIKAN DI PONDOK PESANTREN MIFTAHUL HUDA 2 DESA BAYASARI KECAMATAN JATINAGARA KABUPATEN CIAMIS
Abstract
Educational institutions must be able to maintain a good quality of service to attract new students. The quality of education refers to the quality of products produced by educational institutions or schools, so that it can be identified from the number of students who have achievements, both academic and other achievements, and graduates that are relevant to the goal. input and output aspects only, but what is more important are aspects of decision making, program management, institutional management processes, teaching and learning processes and monitoring and evaluation processes, provided that the teaching and learning process has the highest level of importance compared to other processes.
The objectives of this study are: 1) To know the concept of management of the Miftahul Huda Islamic boarding school 2. 2) To determine the application of the management of the Miftahul Huda Islamic boarding school education management 2. 3) To find out the results and evaluation of the education management of the Miftahul Huda Islamic boarding school 2.
The type of research used is qualitative with descriptive research methods that focus on the analysis of the effectiveness of education management in Islamic boarding schools Miftahul Huda 2. The primary data sources used are the results of interviews and observations from all sources studied.
The results of the analysis of the effectiveness of education management in the Miftahul Huda 2 Islamic boarding school show that: 1) Educational management planning for the Miftahul Huda 2 Islamic boarding school is broadly contained in the mission and vision of the Islamic boarding school but if it is explained, the planning of the Miftahul Huda 2 Islamic boarding school management concept is determining the purpose of coaching the students, dividing the categories of the students and dividing the Murobby, compiling the organizational structure, formulating the main tasks and functions of each section of the field, distributing posts of responsibility to relatives, optimizing learning in class and extracurricular activities, optimizing the construction of facilities and facilities. infrastructure. 2) The implementation of Miftahul Huda II Islamic Boarding School Education management is to implement and develop an Education curriculum, carry out the learning process, carry out daily routines according to the schedule, carry out weekly and semester evaluations, carry out the annual agenda for the standardization of ability examinations, carry out the enforcement of rules and regulations, the role active each head of the kobong (room). 3) The result of the management of the Miftahul Huda II Islamic Boarding School is that the students feel comfortable in the Islamic Boarding School, the students are able to excel both inside and outside the Islamic Boarding School, the majority of students who have left give a good image for The Islamic Boarding School, the administrators who are completely placed (muqim) by the Islamic Boarding School can be accepted by the community, many alumni have established places for Islamic education.
