IMPLEMENTASI NILAI PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM PADA PROGRAM MADRASAH AGRICULTURE DALAM MEMBENTUK ENTREPRENEURSHIP SANTRI (Penelitian di Pondok Pesantren Banyulana Ciamis)

Abstract

Madrasah Agriculture is a program that is applied at Pondok Pesantren Banyulana Ciamis by combining the values ​​of Islamic education and the environment. The orientation is the management of natural resources within the pesantren environment as an effort to conserve nature, especially for food security and self-sufficiency. One of the objectives of the Madrasah Agriculture program is to shape the entrepreneurial spirit of students by maximizing existing potential so that students can survive, be independent, produce superior and quality products. The educational values ​​applied to the students are aqidah syari'ah and morals.


As for the formulation of the problem, namely; 1. How is the Madrasah Agriculture program planning at the Banyulana Ciamis Islamic Boarding School? 2. How is the Madrasah Agriculture Program implemented at the Banyulana Ciamis Islamic Boarding School? 3. What are the results of the Madrasah Agriculture Program at Pondok Pesantren Banyulana Ciamis? 4. What are the supporting and inhibiting factors for the Madrasah Agriculture program at the Banyulana Ciamis Islamic Boarding School?


The aim of this research is; 1. To find out the planning of the Madrasah Agriculture program at Pondok Pesantren Banyulana Ciamis 2. To explain the implementation of the Madrasah Agriculture program 3. To explain the results of the Madrasah Agriculture Program 4. To find out the supporting factors and inhibiting factors of the Madrasah Agriculture program at the Pondok Pesantren Banyulana Ciamis.


The research method used is descriptive analysis method, with a qualitative field approach. While the data collection techniques used are documentation studies, observations and interviews. After the data is collected then it is analyzed in stages; 1) Processing units, 2) Categorization, 3) Data interpretation.


Conclusions are as follows; 1) The Madrasah Agriculture program planning goes through four stages, namely: a. Setting goals and mission vision b. Make a business plan c. Establish basic principles d. Assign media partners. 2) The implementation of the Madrasah Agriculture program runs effectively and efficiently according to a predetermined schedule. 3) The results obtained from the Madrasah Agriculture program are independence, discipline, responsibility, quality products, fresh, 4) The inhibiting factors are: Lack of capital, simple use of technology, low access to credit, etc. Supporting factors for this program are: kiai council participation, fertile land, demography of Islamic boarding schools, availability of water, customs that are still maintained in agriculture, community enhtusiasm
