Prinsip-prinsip Manajemen Pendidikan dalam Hadis Nabi

Abstract

This research articles produced two main findings: first, researchers from the search results to the hadith sources, may put forward the principles of Islamic education management which includes: (1) management education as a system, (2) precision, focus, and discipline, (3) fair, (4) goodness, (5) beliefs and do not hesitate; (6) benefits, and ( 7 ) humanis. The seven principles of management education according to the traditions of the Prophet Muhammad excavated from the hadiths authentic quality. Secondly, there are several implications of the principles of Islamic education management according to the traditions of the Prophet of Islam contemporary management education: (1) contemporary Islamic education is required to be managed as a modern organization system that treats education organization as a holistic system whose parts mutually related and, (2) management of contemporary Islamic education need to develop management principles that uphold justice; able to motivate each individual to achievement, discipline, and hard work; widely spread kindness; develop patterns of decisive leadership and no doubt, and generate benefits great for Muslims; (3) contemporary Islamic education needs to be directed to humanize humans (humanization), especially in the onslaught of materialistic culture, consumptive, corruption, immorality and other.
