Kurikulum Pendidikan Karakter di Sekolah Menengah Atas dan Madrasah Aliyah
Abstract
This qualitative research resulted in several findings of this field, namely the review of the character education curriculum in Madrasah Aliyah found a whole load of character education in the subjects contained in the several components of the curriculum, ranging from core competencies, basic competencies, indicators, goals, and learning materials. Character education in Madrasah Aliyah integrated into all subjects. However, the specific values of the characters are more common in subjects Aqeedah Morals. The values of the main character is a priority is the moral values of Islam which has been developed by the classical scholars. Character education curriculum at secondary school refers to the Curriculum Education Unit, where its core competencies established by the Ministry of National Education of Indonesia. Character education in high school is also integrated into all subjects, but there are subjects-subjects into "his mainstay", ie subjects of Islamic Education. Character values that are integrated into the overall subjects include religious values, honesty, tolerance, discipline, hard work, creative, independent, democratic, curiosity, a sense of pride, love of country, respect for achievement, active communication, love peace, love reading, care for the environment, social care, and responsibility.References
